The main social causes of the French Revolution (1789).

-France's society was uneven and disintegrated. This society was completely divided into classes without privileges. French society was divided into three classes/status. The first states included the elite class and the third states the masses. The clergy and oligarchs were privileged and the unprivileged masses were the privileged. Lack of social equality is also one of the major reasons for the French Revolution. as written below-

1. First States- The clergy class was divided into two parts, high and low. The upper clergy had immense wealth that recovered "tith". They lived a life of luxury and used the immense wealth of the church and had little interest in religious work. In this way, they were corrupt, immoral and luxurious. Due to which it became unpopular in public. The second category was simple footsteps which were of low standard, they used to perform all the religious functions of the church. They lived an honest and simple life. Hence, they hated high priests and were sympathetic to the common people. At the time of revolution, he gave his support to the revolutionaries.

2. Second State- The elite was included in the Second State and they were appointed in all important departments like Army, Church, Courts etc. They were appointed to high officials / administrative posts and used to collect and exploit various types of taxes from farmers. Rishula and Louis were denied their rights to the nobles at the time of the 14th, but at the time of Louis the 15th and the 16th they were denied their rights
Attempted to retrieve. The elite class was also divided into upper and lower classes according to the economic situation.

3. Third State - The people of Third State belonged to the general public who were not privileged, they included middle class farmers, laborers, artisans, traders and intellectuals. There was Indian inequality in this class too. All these classes had their own problems. The institution of farmers was higher / higher. His condition was low and thoughtful. The peasants had become so unhappy that they themselves had turned into a revolutionary element and needed only a hint to make a revolution.

The middle class (bourgeoisie) included moneylender merchants, teachers, lawyers, doctors, writer artists etc. Their economic condition was certainly right, yet they were angry with the political, social and economic conditions of the time. This class hated the nobles and was willing to change the political system and get their rights. This was the reason that he was the main contributor to the French Revolution and he led the revolution.
Therefore, we can say that the French Revolution was the result of the struggle of two conflicting factions of French society. To maintain dominance over the political and government of the country, struggle between the two classes was inevitable. Thus the French Revolution of 1789 was a struggle against inequality in French society.
