Fairness in public services and public servants means that in order to increase public confidence and effectively implement public welfare programs, it is necessary to have unbiased, fair treatment in them. All citizens have a sense of interest in the concept of public service. Equal and positive treatment of citizens and community members in such circumstances should be It should not be discriminated against on the basis of religion, sex, species, language, caste, property, clan, friendship, province etc. It is from such fair behavior that people believe and trust in the government and public servants is also mentioned in the Indian Constitution. Public servants are expected to implement government policies within the ambit of the Constitution and the law. But in the situation, discretion is also used. Decisions and work of discretion should always be done impartially. In which decision and action should not be taken after taking into account nepotism, caste, religion, gender etc. Public interest and national interest should be kept in mind while implementing government policies and schemes. Fairness is not always possible given the current circumstances. Because welfare programs are conducted in India, it is also necessary to bring the lower classes into the mainstream of the development of the state, but this partiality may be desirable in the social interest. It should not be in the interest of any person but in the interest of society. For example, reservations have been arranged to improve the condition of the lower classes in India.
