Evaluate the whistle-blower law of India.

The Act 2011 is an Act in the Parliament of India which provides mechanisms to investigate alleged corruption and misuse of power by public servants and to protect anyone who discloses alleged wrongdoing in governmental bodies, projects. The Act will also ensure punishment for false or disappointing complaints.
This Act has been approved by the Cabinet of India to eliminate corruption in the country's bureaucracy-

Any other person including any government employees or NGO can make such disclosure to the Central or State Vigilance Commission.

Each complaint should include the identity of the complainant.

The Act intentionally sets penalties for making false complaints.
